Credit Suisse beefs up asset management team
(10 May 2006 – Australia) Credit Suisse has appointed Mark Oliver as vice president of Channel Management and Direct Sales.
He will be based in the bank’s Sydney office and report to director of Channel Management and Direct Sales, John Maragiannis.
Oliver is charged with managing relationships with institutional clients and consultants in NSW, Queensland and ACT.
Oliver has moved to Credit Suisse from State Street Global Advisors where he managed a potfolio of clients across Australia. Before this he held business development roles and client consulting roles at Britannic Asset Management in Glasgow.
"Mark’s appointment means Credit Suisse now has a national team of dedicated professionals servicing the institutional business markets across Australia and New Zealand," Maragiannis said.
