Credit Suisse makes senior changes in Asia

(24 January 2018 – Asia) Credit Suisse has named a new head of greater China and new co-head of Asia Pacific investment banking and capital markets as departing veteran deal-maker Mervyn Chow vacates both roles.

The Swiss bank said in a statement on Monday that Zeth Hung, former head of investment banking and capital markets for greater China, would become co-head of Asia Pacific investment banking and capital markets.

Carsten Stoehr will assume the role of greater China chief executive, and will retain his position as head of Asia Pacific Financing Group and chairman of Credit Suisse Hong Kong and Credit Suisse Hong Kong Securities.
