Deutsche Bank appoints new head of corporate banking coverage

(11 September 2018 – Singapore) Deutsche Bank has announced the appointment of Kaushik Shaparia as head of corporate banking coverage for APAC within the bank’s institutional & treasury coverage group.

Mr Shaparia will retain his existing role as head of global subsidiary coverage in global transaction banking.

In the new role Mr Shaparia will be responsible for facilitating greater alignment across the bank’s corporate coverage network and for driving the overall corporate client agenda across Deutsche’s fixed income & currencies and CTB businesses.

Louise Kitchen, the bank’s co-head of institutional & treasury coverage, said “Kaushik has a deep understanding of the APAC region and our clients, and he has been pivotal in the build-out of the Bank’s flow corporate business in the region spanning across transaction banking and foreign exchange. This makes him ideally placed to lead our corporate banking coverage function in the region, critical for our continued growth ambitions.
