Lloyds Appoints New RM Head
(25 February 2021 – United Kingdom) Lloyds bank have recently appointed Laura Willoughby as head of relationship management (RM) for South West England. This follows nearly two decades of Willoughby’s dedicated career within commercial banking.
Her primary role will be to support a portfolio of Small and Medium Sized Enterprises (SMEs) with lending and working capital solutions both during and post the Covid-19 pandemic. Willoughby will also work alongside a team of relationship managers to support businesses with annual revenues between £10 million and £25 million.
