New APAC head of global transaction banking at Deutsche

(22 May 2018 – Asia) David Lynne has been announced as the new head of global transaction banking in Asia Pacific at Deutsche Bank.

Amid a significant restructure that is seeing 7,000 job losses, Mr Lynne will take on the new regional leadership effective immediately. As the new APAC head Mr Lynne will report into John Gibbons.

The new role will be in addition to his current responsibilities as Head of Fixed Income & Currencies for APAC.

John Gibbons, head of global transaction banking at the bank said, “Under David’s regional leadership, we will continue to drive an integrated client proposition, leveraging the bank’s treasury and flow strengths across CIB. His strong leadership record and in-depth knowledge of the region put him in an excellent position to further our market leading position in APAC.”
