New boss at Colonial
(29 November 2006 – Australia) Brian Bissaker has been appointed chief executive officer of Colonial First State and will take up the reins next week.
He moves up from his current role of general manager, Product and Investment Services.
Bissaker joined Colonial in 2002 from BT Fund Management where he was executive vice president and head of product. He started his career with KPMG servicing the finance, funds management and superannuation industries.
Commonwealth Bank head of Wealth Management, Grahame Petersen, said Bissaker would make a strong contribution to the experience of investors and staff, and the industry as a whole.
