Product Specialists rise to prominence
(19 October 2009 – Australia) Over the past twelve months, the number of business customers using the Product Specialist channel has significantly grown.
East & Partners’ latest Business Banking Customer Satisfaction Monitor (BBCSM) shows that in September 2009, 67 percent of business customers are using the Product Specialist channel. Back in September 2008, fewer than half of business customers were using this channel.
The rise in Product Specialist usage is such that, of all the channels covered in East’s BBCSM, this channel is now the second most widely used. Indeed, the Product Specialist channel is now more used than the Relationship Manager channel.
