Wells Fargo Appoint Six New CROs

(17 August 2020 – United States) Wells Fargo have decided to enhance its risk management operations across the whole of the bank, appointing six new Chief Risk Officers (CROs) following the impact of Covid-19 and lockdown measures.

Each new hire will provide independent and holistic risk management leadership for their respective divisions. Working together, they will provide a review of all credit, operational, compliance and strategic risk models across the entire bank. CRO new appointments:

  • Paula Dominick - Regulatory and Compliance
  • Ellen Koebler - Commercial Banking 
  • Parasanna Someshwar – Wealth Management 
  • Jeff Colson – Finance 
  • Brian King – Consumer and Small Business Banking 
  • Patrick Dillion – Enterprise Testing and Validation

“It has now become necessary for bank to re-evaluate their risk profile against new and improved risk models and ensure that these are adhered to the greatest degree” commented East & Partners Europe Market Analyst, Pierre Sokoya.
