Credit info market hotting up

(South Korea) - Financial institutions in South Korea are busy chasing business in the provision of corporate and individual credit information services according to the Korea Federation of Banks (KFB). The Association itself is launching credit bureau services covering the corporate, individual and public sector.

The Korea Information Service (KIS), a credit assessment firm, is also planning a credit bureau in a consortium with banks, credit card, capital market firms and credit cooperative federations.
