Ex ANZ MD to head up Elders
(11 December 2007 – Australia) Mike Guerin has been named as managing director of Elders Rural Services, picking up the reins in March 2008.
New Zealand born Guerin was formerly head of Rural Banking for ANZ and was most recently managing director, Pacific – Personal Division at ANZ.
Elders said Guerin had long harboured a desire to move into a broadly based management role.
The bank said the appointment followed an extensive search for someone who could take it to the next stage of its development.
