(Australia) - In just released results from a review of Australia's Top 500 Corporate Transaction Banking markets, ANZ, CBA and HSBC have been identified as the three fastest improving transaction bankers in terms of customer satisfaction performance.

Current primary and secondary transaction service customers have rated the performance experienced from their bankers on 27 different service attributes which have been summed to produce the above all-of-market performance ranking. Fastest improving secondary transaction bank over the past 6 months has been St George.

Direct interviewing programs run with 465 (in April 2002) and 474 (in October 2001) of the Top 500 corporates and institutions in the Australian markets as ranked by annual revenues.
