Hang Seng Bank Celebrates 90th Anniversary
(8 March 2023 – Hong Kong) Hang Seng Bank has marked its 90th anniversary since it was first founded.
The bank first opened its doors on 3 March 1933. The bank held a celebratory event officiated by John KC Lee (Chief Executive of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region), Irene Lee (Chairman of Hang Seng Bank) and Diana Cesar (Executive Director and Chief Executive of Hang Seng Bank).
"Hang Seng is pleased to have played a part in the great adventure that is Hong Kong. We are a fundamental part of the community – here through good times and difficult times.” said Hang Seng Bank Executive Director and Chief Executive, Diana Cesar.
