UOB Launches Digital Banking Platform for Corporate Clients

UOB Launches Digital Banking Platform for Corporate Clients

(30 September 2020 – Singapore) UOB has launched a new digital solution UOB Infinity for its corporate clients, aiming to transform the digital banking experience for its corporate clients and manage their banking needs in a simpler, smarter and more personalised manner.

Clients will be able to use the platform to manage a range of domestic and cross-border banking activities, such as checking UOB accounts across various markets and making local and international payments, without logging into multiple platforms.

UOB Infinity will send businesses real-time notification through SMS or email when their payment has been successfully credited into the beneficiary's bank account. Clients will also be informed of the charges for the cross-border transaction, including those from the intermediary bank.

A wide range of payments solutions – from local bill payments to making domestic and cross-border fund transfers through services such as PayNow, FAST and telegraphic transfers – will also be available.

The design of UOB Infinity, such as its customisable desktop, comes amid rising demand for personalised digital experiences and increased use of electronic payments for business transactions.

Users of UOB's existing business internet banking platform, UOB BIBPlus, can log into and start using UOB Infinity with the same credentials.

"Not only is this essential to supporting businesses in their digital transformation efforts, it also helps in increasing their resilience and ability to make timely, data-driven decisions to cope with unexpected events such as the Covid-19 pandemic," said UOB group wholesale banking head of group transaction banking So Lay Hua.
