(Hong Kong) – The Bank of China Hong Kong has confirmed that Standard Chartered Bank is taking a “strategic stake” in its initial public offering, currently being roadshowed.The Hong Kong bank’s Beijing parent, Bank of China (BOC) sees “lots of opportunities for future cooperation” as a result of the stake.
