(29 May 2025 – Singapore) OCBC has announced a leadership refresh within its Global Wholesale Banking division with Elaine Heng, currently Group Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer, becoming Head of Global Commercial Banking, effective 30 September 2025, following the retirement of Linus Goh.
Tan Yuen Siang, who leads the Global Financial Institutions business, will also join the Global Wholesale Banking leadership team. Both Heng and Tan will report to Tan Teck Long, Head of Global Wholesale Banking.
Heng will focus on advancing OCBC’s digital and sustainability-driven growth strategy across the region.
