(4 October 2018 – USA) HSBC has launched HSBC Fusion, allowing US customers to easily manage both their small business and personal accounts on a single platform.
The platform will offer a single point of access, whether in the branch, by phone or online, where customers can manage all their information. Users will be assigned one point-of-contact for both their business and personal banking needs and a single online platform for viewing all of their information.
Pablo Sanchez, head of retail banking and wealth management HSBC North America, said: “By integrating business banking and personal banking on a single digital platform, HSBC Fusion is our way of giving business banking customers more clarity into their finances, helping them save time and get ahead with easy access to funding, advice and opportunities.
