In 2016, East launched a suite of “Global Insight Reports” to complement the firm’s core ongoing research programs and provide clients with a truly global view of demand-side business banking behaviours and objectives.
The Global Insight Reports focus on one product of concern clients have identified, or a bourgeoning theme we see in our broader research programs. East supplements current regional multi-client reports with additional primary, bespoke research to form the basis of each report in order to uncover customer behaviours, attitudes and sentiments, both current and forward-looking. Supported by additional secondary research, including central bank metrics, the resulting report highlights areas of opportunity and threats facing providers of business banking solutions.
