(13 March 2026 – Australia) ANZ has appointed Tammy Medard as Group Executive for Business & Private Bank, with the role taking effect on 1 May 2026.
She will also join the bank’s executive committee.
Medard will be responsible for strengthening customer experience while driving growth and performance within the division as part of ANZ’s broader 2030 strategy.
She currently serves as Managing Director of Institutional Australia and Papua New Guinea, overseeing relationships with around 3,500 institutional clients across those markets.
Medard succeeds Clare Morgan, who is departing the bank after establishing the Business & Private Bank division and leading efforts to reset its performance and digital strategy.
Having joined ANZ in 2009, Medard has held a range of senior positions across the bank’s institutional and risk businesses in both Australia and Asia.
