(20 March 2008 – Australia) East & Partners is launching its biennial review of the Australian equipment finance market.The first groundbreaking review was published in October 2006, and has since been used extensively by industry participants. This review will revisit parameters assessed in that inaugural review and provide comparative detail covering market size, market share, customer satisfaction, product and service importance, mind share, churn and forecast metrics. The markets will be segmented by customer size, product, asset class and geography, and will include an examination of broker intermediation, looking at supply-side distribution and origination structures and financier/broker relationship models.
The review will also assess current dynamics including; rising interest rates, liquidity constraints in financial markets, dislocation of the asset-backed securitisation market and potential downturn in the credit cycle.
In addition to receiving a comprehensive analysis report, presentation and client specific conclusions and insights, clients will be able to place six private proprietary questions into the customer research.
