(6 July 2004 – Australia) St George Bank has appointed Kevin Ayres to head up its Scottish Pacific Business Finance and Business Customers divisions.Ayres replaces Clive Isenberg, who became a St George staffer when the bank purchased Scottish Pacific four years ago. Isenberg will remain with the bank until 30 September to assist with the transition.
Ayres is currently head of Corporate & Business Banking, Western Region Sydney and has been with St George since 1988.
The bank said Scottish Pacific was a valuable contributor to the bank’s overall suite of products through its factoring and invoice discounting.
