(Australia) – Financial processing provider Certegy has been selected to provide processing for Queensland bank Suncorp Metway’s new Visa card system.Certegy will service the contract out of its Melbourne-based centre.
The contract win adds another major bank to Certegy’s client list, and positions the company well for the changes expected to flow from the Reserve Bank’s new credit card industry reforms, which are expected to add many non-bank issuers to the card market.
