(3 February 2025 – China) Deutsche Bank China and Yonyou Network Technology have signed a strategic memorandum of understanding (MOU) to drive innovation in digital financial services and support the global ambitions of Chinese enterprises.

The partnership will establish a new global financial services model with Global Treasury Management (GTM) at its core.

By integrating Yonyou’s treasury management system with Deutsche Bank’s financial infrastructure, the collaboration aims to enable seamless data access, optimise financial resources, enhance risk control, and streamline domestic and cross-border payments. Deutsche Bank’s international network will help Chinese companies improve cash management and financial operations as they expand overseas.

Beyond GTM, both parties will develop tailored financial solutions, advance financial technology, and empower cross-border finance. The partnership aims to combine Deutsche Bank’s global expertise with Yonyou’s extensive client base to create a stronger market ecosystem.

Leo Yin, President of Deutsche Bank China, stated, “Supporting Chinese companies’ global growth ambitions is one of Deutsche Bank’s core missions, and we are eager to contribute to this important journey.”

Huang Chenhong, President of Yonyou, added, “Our strategic partnership with Deutsche Bank will integrate enterprise service resources to establish a robust global financial services model, providing clients with superior and seamless solutions.”
