(15 January 2026 – APAC) Crédit Agricole CIB and Natixis CIB have both announced key leadership hires in the Asia-Pacific region.
Crédit Agricole CIB has appointed Yang Zhang as head of cash and trade sales for financial institutions across Asia-Pacific, a newly created role effective 13 January 2026. Based in Hong Kong, Yang will lead business development and origination of cash management, cash clearing, and trade finance solutions. She began her career at ING Wholesale Banking in Amsterdam in 2010 and has held various roles in trade banking and transaction services for financial institutions.
Meanwhile, Natixis Corporate & Investment Banking has named Jarek Olszowka as head of its Green & Sustainable Hub for Asia-Pacific. Based in Singapore, Olszowka will focus on expanding the bank’s green and sustainable finance offerings, advising clients on transition strategies, and structuring sustainability-focused solutions. He brings over 20 years of experience, including leadership roles in sustainable finance and debt syndication at a leading Japanese financial group.
These appointments reflect both banks’ ongoing efforts to strengthen regional leadership and meet growing demand.
