(14 January 2025 ā United States) Goldman Sachs has launched a new Capital Solutions Group combining financing, origination, structuring and risk management solutions to expand its private credit and private equity offering.
The division will be led by Pete Lyon, currently global head of the Financial Institutions Group, andĀ Mahesh Saireddy, currently global head of Mortgages and Structured Products. The Wall Street major will also grow the alternatives investment team in its Asset & Wealth Management division according to aĀ press release.
