(26 August 2021 – United Kingdom) Miray Muminoglu, one of Barclays’ current executives, will leave Barclays Bank in November this year and become Lloyds Bank’s head of financial institutions Debt Capital Markets (DCM) and securitised products group.

Muminoglu currently serves as head of term funding within Barclays’ group treasury unit and has over 30 years banking experience. He has already spent 14 years at a leading global bank JP Morgan before joining Barclays in 2005. He has also held several executive syndicate and treasury roles throughout his career.

In his new role, Muminoglu will report to Nick Hughes Lloyds head of capital markets within the bank’s markets division.

“Miray’s extensive banking and issuer experience, which spans many bond formats and markets, positions him uniquely well to lead the continued development of our securitised financing and bond franchises” commented Lloyds Bank Head of Capital Markets, Nick Hughes

“By bringing DCM and securitised  products together, we will be able to bring an integrated approach to our financial institutions clients to meet their bond requirements” he also added.
