(30 May 2014 – Singapore) Maybank Singapore has now made Network for Electronic Transfers (NETS) payments acceptable at 85,000 locations.
A release from the bank said customers would have the added convenience of making NETS payments at 85,000 acceptance points island-wide from 30 May.
The addition of NETS completes the Bank’s already extensive range of products and services to better serve the needs of consumers.
This, complemented with the growth in cross-border payments, enables consumers who have payment needs in the region to enjoy a consolidated, one-stop banking experience with Maybank.
The latest suite of payment services means customers can shop at all NETS, MasterCard and Visa merchants in Singapore and overseas, including online merchants; tap and pay at NETS FlashPay merchants; top up stored value cards like EZ-Link, NETS FlashPay and NETS CashCard; travel on public transport conveniently using NETS FlashPay.
