(27 November 2007 – Australia) St George Bank group executive of Group Technology and Operations, Peter Clare, is resigning from the position at the end of this year.Clare stepped into the role in March following the retirement of long serving CIO John Loebenstein.
Clare joined St George from Commonwealth Bank in 2002 and was previously group executive of Strategy at the bank.
St George’s newly anointed chief executive Paul Fegan said Clare had made an outstanding contribution to the bank.
St George said it would announce a successor to Clare in due course.
