at a function at the Jubilee Room of NSW Parliament House.
To mark the occasion, East & Partners’ principal analyst, Paul Dowling delivered
an address on the challenges and themes in business banking over next 12 months.
Mr Dowling discussed a range of topics in what he has dubbed “An exciting time
to be in Banking”.
During the presentation, Mr Dowling addressed topics ranging from the “Flight to

to “Distribution and the channel mix”.
