Business and personal banking through one platform for HSBC US customers
(4 October 2018 – USA) HSBC has launched HSBC Fusion, allowing US customers to easily manage both their small business and personal accounts on a single platform.
The platform will offer a single point of access, whether in the branch, by phone or online, where customers can manage all their information. Users will be assigned one point-of-contact for both their business and personal banking needs and a single online platform for viewing all of their information.
