Diem’s New Payment Solution
(17 February 2021 – Europe) Diem have announced partnership with Fireblocks to launch a new payment solution for institutions, merchants and payment networks.
The solution will allow financial institutions, banks, payment service providers and merchants to connect and facilitate transactions on Diem’s network as soon as it’s launched in the next six months. The platform will also be fully compliant to regulations in the payment service industry and will follow a strict onboarding process for all its participants.
“The platform will be fully compliant and collect any customer information needed – similar to regulated payment services such as PayPal and Visa” commented Fireblocks CEO, Michael Shaulov.
