Konsentus RegTech Launches Open Banking Exchange (OBE)

(10 May 2021 – Global) The Regulatory Technology (RegTech) company Konsentus has launched the Open Banking Exchange (OBE) in response to the ongoing demand by customers for new solutions on a global scale.

OBE will build collaborative environments for its members to identify market issues and implement solutions through standardised procedures and protocols. OBE also seeks to implement effective and interoperable open banking solutions based on jurisdiction neutral technology frameworks, creating greater transparency and trust between institutions and local regulators.

OBE has already been launched within Latin America and will be rolled out across other regions imminently.

“We’re thrilled to launch OBE into Latin America as it provides a central forum so that the different stakeholders within our ecosystem can effectively collaborate, share and learn from the success of OBE in Europe and ensure a smooth implementation of open banking locally” commented Konsentus Head of OBE for Latin America, Victor Rivera

“The launch of OBE accelerates Konsentus’ international expansion plans and positions us at the centre of open banking ecosystems as institutions embark on their open banking journeys” commented  Konsentus CEO, Mike Woods.
