BNP Paribas recognised in Project Finance awards
(3 February 2004 – Europe) BNP Paribas has been named third best Lead Arranger for Global Project Finance and tenth best for Global Project Bonds in Project Finance magazine’s international league tables for 2003.
The French bank was praised for its involvement in the following projects:
- Beaufort Wind: EMEA (Europe, Middle East / Africa) Power Deal of the Year
- Sohar Refinery Company: EMEA Oil & Gas Deal of the Year
- Oryx GTL: EMEA Petrochemical Deal of the Year
- Skynet 5: EMEA PPP Deal of the Year
- Cameron Highway: Americas Oil & Gas Deal of the Year
The awards also highlighted the bank’s key role in the following projects:
- Beaufort Wind: Europe Renewable Energy Deal of the Year
- Skynet 5: Europe Defence PPP Deal of the Year
- Tirreno Power: Europe Power Acquisition Deal of the Year
- Derby Hospital: Europe Health PPP Deal of the Year
