Credit Suisse Upgrades Capital Management Solution

Credit Suisse Upgrades Capital Management Solution

(24 June 2020 – Europe) Credit Suisse has combined advisory services and direct placements to create a leading capital solution for businesses.

The integration will allow the bank to advise businesses and fund managers in transacting investments and capital flows. In the last two years, the bank has grown its advisory business to a value of over US$12 billion of advised transactions. Complementing this growth with direct placements has been a method used by the bank to broaden their relationship with corporate clients. The new integrated unit will be headed by Paul Van Hook and Jeremy Dushkin who both work as managing directors for the bank.

“Although investment banking has slowed down due to high risks among global markets, forward looking corporates are taking the opportunity to capitalise on investments for the future” stated East & Partners Europe Market Analyst, Pierre Sokoya.
