More appointments at ANZ Institutional Bank
(27 May 2005 – Australia) ANZ Investment Bank has appointed former Commonwealth Bank acting head of Global Markets Asia, Eric Frerer, as head of investor sales.
Frerer has 20 years experience in institutional and investor sales, working with Royal Bank of Canada, Deutsche Bank, and JPMorgan before joining CBA in 2000.
At CBA, he led the bank’s international sales team, building up its international investor client base.
ANZ has also appointed Richard Lee as head of Retail Syndicate, joining from Westpac where he was head of Offshore Structured Investments and head of Strategy & Business Implementation.
At Westpac, Lee was responsible for developing the business strategy for the bank’s Investor Sales division.
At CBA, he led the bank’s international sales team, building up its international investor client base.
