Carver joins ANZ from Westpac where she was most recently acting general manager of Risk, Institutional Banking. Among previous roles at Westpac she was general manager of Debt Capital Markets, general manager of Corporate Finance and head of Capital Markets.

Carver starts with the bank in March and will report to ANZ group managing director, Institutional, Steve Targett.
