ANZ Investment Bank boosts team

(3 February 2006 – Australia) ANZ Investment bank has appointed Nathan Wares as national sales manager. Wares has joined ANZ from Citigroup Asset Management where he was vice president of Business Development responsible for sales and marketing to institutional investors.

He will be based in Sydney and report to head of Investor Sales Eric Freer.

ANZ has also recruited Jaclyn Lee from Westpac Institutional. Lee has been appointed director, Syndicate Desk, where she will work with the bank’s product specialists and the Investor sales team.

Lee was associate director in the Structured Investments Group at Westpac and also worked in corporate finance.

She will be based in Sydney and report to head of Retails Syndicate, Richard Lee.
