BBY continues to expand
(27 January 2005 – Australia) Burdett, Buckeridge & Young, now known simply as BBY, has beefed up its research team with two key appointments.
Former Macquarie Bank banking analyst Stephan Walsh will join the firm in February to head its Growth equity research team.
Walsh will be accompanied by another former Macquarie Bank staffer, Paul Bryan, who is joining BBY to work in Equity Research Sales. Bryan will be based out of the firm’s Melbourne office.
The two appointments follow last week’s announcement that David Williams will be joining the financial services firm as its head of corporate finance.
These recent appointments mean BBY has taken on 15 new staff members following Glen Rosewall being named managing director and chief executive of the firm in 2004.
