BoA secures former Goldman

(19 January 2010 – USA) The new chief executive officer of the Bank of America continues a major management reshuffle, adding the former Goldman Sachs chief technology officer to the management board. Michael Dubno previously spent 20 years with the banking giant Goldman Sachs, holding the position of chief technology officer between 2002 and 2005. Mr Dubno was responsible for the team that created the bank’s risk management system architecture.

Mr Dubno will head up the Bank of America’s global markets and research technology business beginning the 19th January.

The CEO, Brian Moynihan, has made other changes this week including appointing the Bank of America’s president of global corporate banking, Cathy Bessant, to the position of global technology and operations executive.
