CBA appoints head of CRM system
(20 April 2004 – Australia) Commonwealth Bank of Australia has appointed Ciaran McMullan as executive general manager, Communication, Coordination & Risk Management for the bank’s new CRM system, CommSee.
McMullan, a former employee with UK based Abbey National, joined CBA from management consulting firm Cap Gemini Ernst & Young where he was head of Transformation Consulting for Australia, among other roles.
CBA Premium Financial Services group executive Michael Katz said McMullan will be responsible for driving the roll out of CommSee over the next two years.
"CommSee will underpin the bank’s fulfilment of three main customer needs – know me, deliver what I want, and do it reliably," Katz said.
