Community First unveil Lisa

(6 August 2007 – Australia) Community First Credit Union is attempting to introduce a personal touch to its customers’ online experience by introducing what it describes as an online greeter. The greeter, named Lisa, will bring personality and a sense of humour to online banking, according to Community First, whilst providing practical and interactive customer assistance.

Lisa will respond to more than 30 financial questions and 50 other requests with additional responses being added over time.

Community First chief executive John Tancevski said the aim of Lisa was to produce a positive online experience for customers.

Community First said it continued to attempt to revitalise the banking experience. The credit union has added a concierge service, jukeboxes and coffee machines to its branches.
