Deutsche Bank Appoints New Singapore Chief Country Officer

(13 June 2022 – Singapore) Twenty year Deutsche Bank veteran Chandra Mallika has been appointed as the new incoming Chief Country Officer for Singapore.

She succeeds David Lynne who will remain with the bank and head up the global corporate banking division. Mallika previously was employed at the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) in multiple banking supervision and financial centre development roles. As the current Deutsche Bank COO she also sits on the board of the Ministry of Trade and Industry’s Competition and Consumer Commission of Singapore.

“Mallika’s decades of experience with the bank and deep understanding of Singapore’s markets and banking landscape are a great asset, and ideally equip her to lead the platform in one of our key global hubs” commented Deutsche Bank APAC CEO Alexander von zur Muehlen.
