Finantix opens Australian office
(31 August 2007 – Australia) Venice headquartered front office technology company, Finantix, has opened an office in Sydney to support its expansion into the region.
Finantix’s technology includes functionality for branch innovation, advice led selling, CRM, lending and wealth management. The company was established in 1994 and has offices in Europe and Asia. Sydney is its ninth office.
Finantix general manager for Australia, Frank Falco, said Australia was a highly competitive market with mature customers who demanded tailored services and options.
He said his company’s technology helped financial institutions to achieve a single view of the customer with capabilities such as profiling and customer specific pricing.
Finantix strategy director, Alessandro Tonchia, said financial institutions in Australia deployed similar sales and services models to Northern Europe by placing an emphasis on channel integration and advice-led selling and the Australian market provided a good fit for the company’s technology.
