ING gets new financial markets head in Taiwan
(25th November 2003 – Taiwan) ING Financial Markets has appointed Jeson Yih-Liang Liu as director and head of financial markets in Taiwan.
He will report to Percy Rueber, head of financial markets Asia, and Dr Wu Ching-Mai, Taiwan’s country manager.
Liu’s task is to develop ING’s financial markets franchise in Taipei by increasing its presence in the local currency foreign exchange, derivative and debt markets. He will also seek to boost the range and complexity of ING’s structured product solutions which it provides institutional and corporate clients.
Liu was previously at TaipeiBank where he was senior vice president, following 11 years at ABN Amro.
