ING signs up with worldflow
(21 April 2010 – Europe) ING Commercial Banking has become the first bank to sign up to the worldflow Research Distribution (wRD) service, following its launch last month by London-based software and financial service provider, worldflow.
The bank will use the fully managed and audited service as a platform to distribute its equity and economic research to clients and internal users.
The platform will allow ING to apply Web 2.0 functionality to offer usability, search features and security to its research clients via an ING-branded portal and the new adapted solution will integrate with the bank’s existing internal research production system.
Steve Jarrett, director of worldflow said that wRD brings together the best in internet and customer service technologies, and gives research departments a market-leading platform for distributing content to their external and internal clients.
