NAB rate rise possible

NAB rate rise possible

(18 April 2012 – Australia) Following ANZ’s decision last week to increase their variable mortgage rate by six basis points, National Australia Bank (NAB) has not ruled out raising their own rates. NAB boss Cameron Clyne has said rates would ‘move around’ but NAB would continue to be the best deal of the Big Four domestic banks, keeping in line with the strategy announced at the beginning of the year.

Westpac and CBA are still reviewing their mortgage rates.
