New blood, new role at NAB
(6 August 2004 – Australia) National Australia Bank has appointed Cameron Clyne as executive general manager of Customer Solutions.
In a new role for the bank, Clyne will be responsible for reviewing the bank’s major projects to "better co-ordinate and leverage" them to "achieve the best outcome" for NAB customers.
Clyne was previously a partner with IBM Business Consulting Services and PricewaterhouseCoopers and is experienced in presiding over organisational transformation and culture change.
"Cameron’s extensive international consulting experience in financial services will allow him to make a strong contribution at the National and expedite our journey towards becoming a more nimble competitor with enhanced customer focus," NAB chief executive John Stewart said.
He said the appointment of Clyne was another step along the way to revitalising the bank and its leadership team.
