New boss for Home Building Society

(Australia) - Former National Australia Bank general manager David Jones is set to take up the reins at financial services group Home Building Society next month. The Perth-based group has also embraced the spirit of transparency by disclosing its new chief executive’s remuneration package.

Jones, who has signed a five-year contract, will receive $340,000 each year with a minimum superannuation payment of $10,520.

Jones takes over from Jim Freemantle who several months ago announced that he would resign the post.
