Russell gets plum job at NAB

(15 February 2005 – Australia) National Australia Bank has appointed a wealth management specialist to work in the bank’s corporate division in Sydney and Brisbane. Former head of client relationships at Plum Financial Services, Matt Russell, has been named director, Superannuation, Investments and Employee Benefits. Plum is a subsidiary of MLC.

Russell, who has 20 year experience and who also worked at Deutsche Bank as head of business development, is charged with helping the bank and MLC meet the banking and wealth management demands of corporate clients.

NAB general manager, Corporate Banking Australia, Paul Orton, said the bank’s corporate brokers act as conduits to facilitate clients’ access to the full range of group products.
