Standard Chartered Announces New Regional Heads of Private Banking
(23 October 2023 - Singapore) Standard Chartered Bank has named Vinay Gandhi as global head of South Asian community, and regional head of Africa, Middle East, and Europe, Private Banking.
In his expanded role, Gandhi will be responsible for increasing the mandate and spearheading one of SCB’s largest businesses.
Gandhi’s appointment is effective from 1 January 2024.
Meanwhile, Foo Tian Ong has been appointed as regional head, Southeast Asia; and Singapore location head, private banking.
Foo will join the bank from UBS in December 2023, and will be based in Singapore.
