ABN Amro appoints global head of services

ABN Amro appoints global head of services

(14 June 2006 – Europe) ABN Amro has promoted Lars Gustavsson from CIO of the banking group to global head of its services division, responsible for IT and operations bankwide. He will replace Ron Teerlink who has joined the bank’s board.

Gustavsson has been with the Dutch banking group since July 2001, joining as global head of technology for ABN Amro’s wholesale clients business.

Before joining ABN Amro, Gustavsson worked in a number of front and back office roles for banks, regulators and in the corporate sector.
